AIRPORT TRANSFERS AND CHAUFFEUR SERVICES

Airport Transfers

 

Airport transfers will be available for all delegates arriving on 12 April and departing on 16 April 2026, with scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs between the conference hotels and Droombos Conference facility.

  • Full-day service Airport pick-ups and drop-offs at Droombos Conference facility will be provided on the 13 April 2026 for Airport pickups to various hotels. Times: 07:00 – 10:00.

 

  • We will provide the service for the return to Airport from the Droombos Conference facility on the 16th of April 2026. Times: 07:00 – 10:00.

NIEC Transfers Between Conference Hotels and Droombos Conference Facility

A daily shuttle service between selected conference hotels and the Droombos Conference facility. This service will run at 30-minute intervals during key times as outlined below:

 

13 April 2026 – Welcome Cocktail

  • Transfers from official conference hotels to Droombos Conference facility will operate from 16:00 to 18:00.
  • Return transfers from the venue to hotels will be available from 20:00 to 21:30.

 

14 April 2026 – Day 1 of the Conference

  • Morning transfers to the venue will depart at: 06:30 | 07:00 | 07:30 | 08:00 | 08:30 | 09:00.
  • After the full day conference, transfers will be on standby ahead of the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
  • Evening transfers to and from Droombos Conference facility will operate between 18:30 and 00:00.

 

15 April 2026 – Day 2 of the Conference

  • Morning hotel departures to the venue will be at: 07:00 | 07:30 | 08:00 | 08:30 | 09:00.
  • After the full day conference, transfers will be on standby for preparation of the Cocktail Reception.
  • Evening shuttle services will run between 16:30 and 18:30.

 

16 April 2026 – Day 3 of the Conference

  • Morning hotel departures to the venue will be at: 07:00 | 07:30 | 08:00 | 08:30 | 09:00.
  • Return transfers to various hotels will be available from 17:30 to 22:00.
