Corporate Group Conditions

  • Delegates must be employed by or formally representing the same organisation.
  • Registrations must be submitted together and paid as one corporate booking.
  • Corporate group discounts apply to Early Bird and Standard corporate delegate rates.
  • Corporate group discounts do not apply to the Advance Registration Rate or SME passes.
  • Corporate group rates cannot be combined with additional promotional offers.

SME Delegate Rate

NIEC is committed to enabling meaningful participation by Namibian enterprises. The SME Delegate Rate is therefore being maintained at the 2026 price for NIEC2027.

SME Eligibility

  • Namibian-registered businesses only.
  • Supporting company registration documentation required.
  • Valid tax documentation may be requested.
  • Business must qualify under the applicable SME criteria.
  • Limited to the first 150 qualifying SME registrations.
  • Subject to payment and availability.

Energy Excellence Gala

The Gold Pass includes access to the Energy Excellence Gala.

Purple and SME delegates may purchase Gala access separately, subject to availability.
